Scadono il 6 ottobre 2021 i bandi relativi al cluster 6 "Cibo, bioeconomia, risorse naturali, agricoltura e ambiente" pubblicati nell'ambito del programma "Orizzonte Europa".
Il cluster 6 "Cibo, bioeconomia, risorse naturali, agricoltura e ambiente" persegue obiettivi ambientali, sociali ed economici con il fine di instradare le attività economiche umane su un percorso orientato alla sostenibilità. In particolare, il cluster spinge verso un cambiamento trasformativo dell'economia e della società per ridurre il degrado ambientale, arrestare e invertire il declino della biodiversità, gestire al meglio le risorse naturali, promuovere pratiche sostenibili in agricoltura, acquacoltura, pesca e silvicoltura, produrre cibo sano e sicuro, garantire un accesso ad acqua, aria e suoli puliti per tutti. Prevede in tutto 7 destination:
- destination 1 - biodiversità e servizi degli ecosistemi: che sostiene il recupero della biodiversità, la preservazione e il ripristino degli ecosistemi e dei loro servizi attraverso una gestione sostenibile delle risorse e una migliore conoscenza e capacità di innovazione sulla terraferma, nelle acque interne e in mare;
- destination 2 - sistemi alimentari, agricoli e di allevamento sicuri dalla fase di produzione a quella del consumo: per la promozione di sistemi alimentari, agricoli e di allevamento sicuri, resilienti, climaticamente neutri che offrano cibo tracciabile, sano, economico e sostenibile;
- destination 3 - economia circolare e i settori della bioeconomia: per il sostegno alla transizione all'economia circolare e alla bioeconomia individuando soluzioni circolari integrate e sicure per materiali e catene di valore importanti, come i settori del tessile, dell'elettronica, della plastica, dell'edilizia, la silvicoltura sostenibile, le soluzioni rurali bio-based su piccola scala e le catene di valore acquatiche;
- destination 4 - ambiente pulito e ad inquinamento zero: per l'arresto e la prevenzione dell'inquinamento con un focus sulle acque dolci e marine, i suoli e l'aria, con attenzione alle emissioni di azoto e di fosforo, nonché sulle prestazioni ambientali e la sostenibilità dei processi nei sistemi bio-based;
- destination 5 - suolo, oceano e acqua per l'azione per il clima: che mira a migliorare la comprensione dell’impatto del cambiamento climatico sugli ambienti terresti e marini, sulle risorse naturali, l’agricoltura e i sistemi agroalimentari, identificando azioni di mitigazioni e percorsi di adattabilità;
- destination 6 - comunità urbane resilienti, inclusive, sane, rurali verdi e costiere: Le attività previste su qusto tema devono prestare particolare attenzione alle scienze sociali e comportamentali e agli aspetti di genere. Devono promuovere uno sviluppo sostenibile, equilibrato e inclusivo delle aree rurali, costiere e urbane;
- destination 7 - governance innovativa, osservazione dell'ambiente e soluzioni digitali a sostegno del Green Deal. Le attività da realizzare devono mirare a sperimentare nuovi modi di governare il processo di transizione e a modernizzare la governance, in particolare rendendo le informazioni e le conoscenze disponibili e accessibili.
